How Colleges Will Handle Fees
The notice also provides a detailed breakdown of how colleges should manage the examination fees.
For each candidate, the college is allowed to retain Rs. 200/- to cover the costs of the practicum examination, including the remuneration and conveyance fees for the External Examiner.
The remaining amount, which is Rs. 600/- (Rs. 800.00 – Rs. 200.00) per candidate for regular examinees, must be paid to the university through the SB Collect online portal.
The college is responsible for making spot payments for remuneration and travel allowance to the External Examiner. Funds for hospitality and contingencies during the practical examination should also be managed from the retained amount.
Any leftover funds from the practicum examination fee, after covering all expenses, must be distributed among the Internal Evaluators and non-teaching staff.
Colleges are required to submit an utilization certificate and copies of vouchers for the funds they retained to the Controller of Examinations right after the exams are over.
