BSAEU B.Ed. 4th Semester Supplementary-II Exams: Latest Notice & Details

Important Update: B.Ed. 4th Semester Supplementary-II Examination (2021-23) Notice

Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University (BSAEU) , formerly known as The West Bengal University of Teachers’ Training, Education Planning and Administration, has released a new notice, Ref. No.: BSAEU/COE/981/2025, dated August 21, 2025. This notice is specifically for the B.Ed. 4th Semester Supplementary-II (2021-23) examinees. The entire process, from form fill-up to the issuance of admit cards and submission of marks, will be conducted online. Your user ID and password will remain the same as before.

Key Dates to Remember:

Here are the important dates and activities you need to be aware of:

  • Examination Form Fill-up: August 28, 2025, to September 2, 2025.

  • Payment of Examination Fees: August 28, 2025, to September 3, 2025.

  • Issuance of Admit Card: September 8, 2025.

  • Theory External Exam: September 15, 16, and 18, 2025.

  • External Practicum: September 19, 2025, to September 25, 2025.

  • Online Submission of Marks:

    • Theory Internal and Practicum Internal marks can be submitted from September 9, 2025, to October 31, 2025.

    • The last date for submitting External Practicum Marks is October 31, 2025.

Examination Fees for Supplementary Papers:

The examination fees for the B.Ed. 4th Semester (Supplementary-II) Examination are as follows:

  • For one supplementary paper: Rs. 400/-.

  • For two supplementary papers: Rs. 600/-.

  • For all supplementary theoretical papers: Rs. 700/-.

  • For all supplementary theoretical and practicum papers: Rs. 900/- (out of which Rs. 200/- will be retained by the college).

Important Rules and Guidelines:

  • Attendance Policy: Candidates with attendance between 50% and 80% in theory papers or between 50% and 90% in practicum papers must pay an attendance condonation fee. Candidates with attendance below 50% in any theory or practicum paper are not eligible to appear for the examination.

  • Language of Examination: Students must write their examination papers in only one language—either English, Bengali, or Hindi. Using multiple languages within a single paper is not allowed and will lead to the cancellation of the paper.

Fee Payment Procedure for Colleges:

Colleges must deposit the total amount of examination fees through the SB Collect link. The process is as follows:

  1. Visit the website

    http://www.onlinesbi.com and select ‘SB Collect’.

  2. Click the checkbox at the end of the Disclaimer Clause to proceed.

  3. Select ‘West Bengal’ as the state and ‘Educational Institutions’ as the type, then click GO.

  4. Choose ‘BABA SAHEB AMBEDKAR EDUCATION UNIVERSITY’ and click Submit.

  5. On the next page, select the payment category as “B.ED SUPPLEMENTARY EXAM FEES” from the drop-down menu and click GO.

  6. Provide the necessary information, such as College Code, Name, Semester, number of candidates, and amount.

  7. After confirming the details, you can make the payment using Net Banking, Card Payment, or other available modes.

  8. A pre-acknowledgement payment challan can be downloaded and printed for payment at any SBI Branch.

The notice also states that Rs. 200/- per candidate is to be retained by the college for the Practicum Examination’s expenses, including the external examiner’s remuneration and conveyance. The remaining amount is to be paid to the university. Colleges are responsible for making spot payments for remuneration and travel allowance to the external examiner.

This notice is signed by Abhijit Biswas, the Controller of Examinations (Acting) of BSAEU. All students and colleges are advised to follow these instructions carefully.
